Scheduling Policies

*You must be 18 years old and have voluntarily decided to book or participate in a reading/session for yourself. Under 18 years old, must have parental or a guardians written permission.

*Payment is due at time of booking, to reserve your session. Lisa uses: Square, Venmo and PayPal to invoice you.

 There are a few questions that Lisa will NOT ask of spirit during a session:

 

*Anything related to your own death or any living person

*Foretell a tragedy

*Give the winning lottery numbers

​

Lisa's contract with spirit is to bring healing to those in need, as well as help souls evolve. Occasionally, spirit may bring up traumatic events. Lisa will always respect your privacy and only ‘refer’ to it. Your spirit team won’t show Lisa anything that you want kept private.

The messages that are received during a session are valid and valuable, even when they are not what you are anticipating. This information, at times, is highly confidential and sensitive. All information is considered private. Lisa reserves the right to determine if the services have been appropriately rendered. Lisa will do everything within her power to connect as the client wishes, but due to circumstances beyond her control, this cannot be guaranteed.  

 

Please come with an open heart and mind. Bring questions, a small item or a picture of loved ones you want to connect with. Refrain from the use of intoxicants before your session. This can alter your energy and impact your session.

No show policy or Missed Appointments 

 

A no show or missed appointment, whether it's in person, or via phone call, or fail to log into Zoom, within 10 minutes of the appointment time, it will be considered a no show and you forfeit your reading and your payment/gift certificate at your expense. There are no exceptions. It's important to be on time, so that Lisa can give you the most out of your session as well as, keeping her schedule for the day on time for all of her clients. No show appointments are also non-transferable and will not be rescheduled. Before your session, Lisa may have another client or prepping for your appointment. Please do not arrive earlier than or call, until approximately 5 minutes before your session time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, please notify Lisa, via Email: vogel.lisa67@gmail & in the subject line, please type: CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULE, or call or text: 503.869.4542, AT LEAST 72 HOURS prior to your session. The time stamp on the communication will be the determining factor. This is important as it gives Lisa the time & opportunity to offer it to someone on her wait list. The session must be rescheduled within 6 months, or the session and payment will be forfeited. This includes Gift Certificates sessions also.

Health notice and disclosure:

 

Lisa has chronic health issues that occasionally require a session to be rescheduled.  Lisa R. Vogel, may need to reschedule your session, due to illness or emergency. Sometimes this health issue happens without warning with little to no advance notice. Please note, this does not qualify for a refund, only a reschedule on the calendar.

 

Allergies & Sensitivity information: for Sessions provided at Lisa’s home office.

 

Lisa R. Vogel, LLC, often has candles, sage, palo santo (smudge) or has a ‘simmer pot’ of herbs going, during her sessions. Please make Lisa aware of any allergies or sensitivities before your session. Please note: a small dog (with hair~ Maltese, Yorkie and Poodle) is on premises. If you are sensitive, allergic, or not a dog lover please give advance notice. Lisa will make arrangements as needed.

All payments are final and absolute once your payment has been received.

Executed appointments are non-refundable. Lisa makes every effort to give you the most out of your session, however, it is not her responsibility to conform to your expectations. 

Gift certificates may be used for readings, energy work and past life readings/regressions.
